Before a refund is issued, let us try to help you solve your problem by opening a ticket in our support desk. Please allow 24-72 hours for our support team to respond. We are doing our best to respond to your requests much faster.
Nature of digital media (software) that can be downloaded instantly after a purchase. There is no “trial period” or “grace period” after the purchase of a product, which means that all sales are final. Once you have purchased the software, there is no way to “return” it. Therefore, it cannot be refunded.
We can issue a refund if the product you downloaded from the website was completely unusable. If you request a refund or if you open a dispute with PayPal after receiving the delivery, you will be banned from our site.
Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the products you purchased. We support our products and will help you resolve any problems you may encounter, but we also expect you to understand what you are buying and why.
Some offers may include a non-refund clause. In this case, it will be visible or linked from the offer page.

Exceptions to refund
No refund is provided for:

  • The WorldPluginsGPL All Access Membership is a complete set of products at a great price that you can cancel at any time. We do not recommend that you purchase the VIP membership for trial purposes.
  • Renewals are strictly non-refundable, renewals for which you can easily cancel the automatic payment by due date at any time directly from your My Account page.
  • request a refund for the same product twice.
  • Offers and discounts are only valid for future orders and cannot be used to request refunds or partial refunds of existing purchases.

No returns/refunds will be offered for digital products unless the product you purchased is :

  • completely non-functional
  • and/or the main product description was totally misleading.
  • and/or you have not downloaded any files from our website.

In this case, you have the possibility to request a refund. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:

  • you have changed your mind about an item/subscription.
  • you purchased an item in error and the product(s) were sent/downloaded by you.
  • the product was purchased by your employee or inmate from your PayPal account to which he or she had legal access.
  • You cannot install the downloaded product
  • The product is incompatible with your WordPress, plugins or web server settings.
  • The product does not work as you want it to
  • The product displays a message about the need to enter a license or activation key.
  • You broke your website during the installation of the product
  • You have not received technical support on WorldPluginsGPL
  • you have refused to give our support staff access to your website to investigate your problem with our product.

Please also note that :

You may cancel your account at any time, but there is no refund in case of cancellation.
If you get a refund, you will no longer be able to use the downloaded premium products.
If the product after the update is still damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund against the decreased value of the product.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to appear on your account.
